- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce

- 1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions. Set aside when done.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add a splash of oil. Cook ground turkey for about 5 minutes until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.
- Stir in chopped bell peppers and broccoli florets. Cook for about 3 minutes until they soften but remain crunchy.
- Drizzle teriyaki sauce over the turkey mixture. Stir well to coat everything and let simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
