  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking dish by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Spread the fresh green beans over the chicken. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder on top.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and honey until well combined.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and green beans. Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Remove foil during the last few minutes for a golden finish. Serve warm.
