  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  2. Sauté Garlic: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Create the Sauce: Slowly pour heavy cream into the skillet while stirring. Then add Cajun seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese, continuing to stir until melted and well combined.
  4. Combine Everything: Once the sauce is smooth, add cooked tortellini directly into the skillet. Gently toss everything together until coated in sauce.
  5. Add Toppings: Stir in half of the chopped green onions, reserving some for garnish. Mix well for even distribution.
