- 1 lb fresh sea scallops
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking dish.
- Rinse shrimp and scallops under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Place shrimp and scallops evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt unsalted butter until bubbly.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
- Pour in vegetable broth and let it simmer for three minutes.
- Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the seafood in the baking dish.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice generously over everything.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until seafood is cooked through and golden brown.
