Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, deveined
  • 1 lb fresh sea scallops
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking dish.
  2. Rinse shrimp and scallops under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Place shrimp and scallops evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt unsalted butter until bubbly.
  5. Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour in vegetable broth and let it simmer for three minutes.
  7. Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the seafood in the baking dish.
  8. Squeeze fresh lemon juice generously over everything.
  9. Bake for about 20 minutes or until seafood is cooked through and golden brown.
  10. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
