- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or drained canned)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- Zest of 1 orange

Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries under cold water, discarding any mushy ones. If using fresh pineapple, cut it into one-inch chunks.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, pineapple chunks, sugar, and orange zest. Stir gently until the mixture heats up and cranberries begin to pop.
- Let the mixture simmer for about 10-15 minutes until it thickens slightly. Enjoy the aromatic scent as it cooks.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool for about 30 minutes. The relish will continue to thicken as it cools.
