Instructions
- Rinse the fresh cranberries under cool water and discard any that are shriveled or damaged.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, sugar, orange zest, orange juice, and the cinnamon stick.
- Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until cranberries burst.
- Remove from heat and let cool at room temperature for about an hour to thicken.
- Transfer the relish to a bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
